Versali Labs Inc. ("Versali Labs", "we") is a company incorporated in Canada. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through versalilabs.com.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us. On the AI for Seniors page you may submit an email address (and optionally a name) to join an early-interest list. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.

Why we collect it & consent

We use your email solely to contact you about the program you expressed interest in. We collect it only with your explicit, informed consent, given at the point of submission. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

How we protect it

We limit collection to what is necessary, restrict access, and never sell your personal information. We retain it only as long as needed for the stated purpose.

MedTracker CA (iOS app)

Versali Labs Inc. provides MedTracker CA, a wellness medication-organization app.

In MedTracker CA iOS v1.0, medication names, DINs, dose times, taken/missed marks, and optional pill photos you capture are stored on your device. We do not require an account. We do not sell this information. We do not use it for advertising.

When you look up a DIN, the app requests product facts from the Health Canada Drug Product Database (open data). That request contains the DIN you entered.

Not medical advice. MedTracker CA organizes schedules and shows cited Health Canada information. It does not diagnose, treat, or change prescriptions. Confirm with your pharmacist or doctor.

For access, correction, or deletion requests related to MedTracker CA, email rouf@versali.com. On-device data can also be cleared by deleting the app or using in-app reset when available.

If we add optional cloud sync or caregiver sharing in a future version, we will update this policy and ask for consent before uploading health-related data off your device.
